If you require Twirling Tots to contact you, you will be asked to provide your full name, postcode, child age, telephone number, email and (where applicable) mailing address. When you complete the contact form you are giving Twirling Tots permission to contact you by mail (where applicable), email and / or telephone about their services for a period of 90 days from the date of your initial enquiry.
Should you enrol in a Twirling Tots class your details will be held on file for the duration of your enrollment and participation in the classes and for a period of 90 days from when you cease your enrollment at Twirling Tots. Statistical information may be retained but anonymised of all personal data for analysis and record keeping purposes.
Accident or Incident
Should you or your child be involved in an accident or incident whilst participating any Twirling Tots activity or class details pertaining to that accident or incident, including relevant personal details will be recorded and stored for a period not exceeding 7 years.
Data Protection and Access rights
You have the right to access the personal data that is held about you by Twirling Tots and request that the information be added to, modified or deleted. You have the right to ask Twirling Tots to stop communicating with you or alter the frequency and manner in which communications are made. You can do this by emailing twirlingtotsclasses@gmail.com
